Prezzo Italian is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be the GM’s right hand, leading shifts, guiding the team on the floor and helping to run the restaurant when the GM isn’t there. You’ll set the tone for warm hospitality and ensure every guest leaves delighted.

This role offers a clear pathway to General Manager, with hands‑on training, involvement in local specials and community partnerships, plus generous benefits and a supportive Brava Hospitality Group environment across UK venues.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Manager or Duty Manager experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage shifts, train staff and uphold brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts from the front and set the pace for hospitality excellence.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team and recruit/train as needed.
• Plan rotas balancing guest demand, costs and team wellbeing.
• Be a visible floor presence ensuring memorable first and last impressions.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and consistency of the Italian classics.
• Run the restaurant in the GM's absence and support daily decisions.
