Loungers is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for Solento Lounge to support the General Manager, look after your team, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead a team on shift and manage customer service needs.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate tasks to the team.
• Coach the team through feedback to maintain high standards.
• Manage rotas, stock, labour and KPIs, and support the General Manager.
• Handle customer queries and maintain food safety standards.
• Support recruitment and help new starters settle in.
