Marston's is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to join our team in the UK. You will lead from the front, motivating staff to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold our values. You will deputise for the General Manager when needed and drive local business performance.

You'll build on prior experience in an Assistant/Deputy Manager role within a branded environment, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction while supporting career development through our Aspire programme.

Formación

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage a team and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
