Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, support the General Manager, and drive memorable guest experiences. You’ll motivate teams on every shift, uphold guest care, and step in for the GM as needed.

We value prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in branded venues and offer progression through our Aspire programme to General Manager roles, with a range of benefits and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pub teams and shifts.
• Proven ability to drive KPI targets in a branded environment.
• Strong people leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
