Job summary

Wendy's Sale is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a talented team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing with strong leadership and energy across shifts.

You’ll own staffing, training and scheduling, spot future leaders, and create schedules that optimize coverage. This role blends people development with a fast-paced environment and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in the QSR industry.
• Leadership: Proven track record of guiding teams to success.
• Flexibility: 45-hour week with availability across all day parts and days.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of managementexperience with the QSR industry and the confidence to guide a team to success.
• Leadership: A great track record of leading people, helping to grow and develop teams.
• Flexibility: A 45-hour week, with availability across all day parts and days – you’re ready to jump in where you’re needed.
