Loungers is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for Palacio Lounge. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team and ensure every guest leaves happy. With progression paths and a competitive package, this is a great next step for hospitality professionals.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality as Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and manage teams.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with overtime and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts (opens/closes/weekends), brief and motivate the team.
• Coach staff with regular feedback to foster a great work environment.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour, KPIs, and support the General Manager.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with good judgement and maintain allergen standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be a welcoming host and help build the Lounges reputation locally.
