Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for Bevano Lounge in Manchester. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, overtime pay, and genuine progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand. Qualifications

• Leading by example on the floor and rolling up sleeves.
• Ability to manage shifts and engage a team effectively.
• Experience handling cash and customer concerns with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate to the team.
• Coach the team with regular feedback to create a welcoming environment.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour, KPIs and support the General Manager.
• Handle customer complaints with good judgement and maintain standards.
• Assist in recruitment and help new starters settle in from day one.
• Be a visible, welcoming host and build the Lounges reputation locally.
