Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager.
• Proven ability to lead a team on the floor and handle customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and motivate the team.
• Coach team with regular feedback to create a positive work environment.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour, and KPIs to support the General Manager.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with confidence and maintain food safety standards.
• Support recruitment and help new starters settle in from day one.
