Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring an Assistant Manager for Vitello Lounge, a full-time role with a 48-hour contract (40-hour option). The position offers a competitive base salary with a bonus scheme, overtime pay, and opportunities for progression within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality as Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
Able to lead a shift end-to-end from briefing to cash handling.
Care about guest experience and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead a variety of shifts, open/close, weekends, and motivate the team.
Coach the team with regular feedback to foster a positive workplace.
Manage rotas, stock, labour and KPIs to support the General Manager.
Handle escalated customer complaints with good judgement and allergen standards.
Support recruitment and onboard new starters for day one success.
Be a welcoming host on the floor and enhance the Lounges reputation.
