To support the growth of our capabilities within the CO&I FS Ops team, we are recruiting Assistant Managers who can contribute significantly by combining industry understanding with transformation, reorganisation, and optimisation skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Performing diagnostic analysis using analytical techniques on large operational transformation engagements.
  • Service delivery in Digital Operations, including digital solutions and data and analytics.
  • Facilitating client workshops to scope and design transformational solutions.
  • Managing workstreams through all key stages of a transformation project, from diagnostic to implementation.
  • Providing Programme/Project Management support, including reporting, RAID management, and general PMO tasks.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues throughout delivery.
  • Developing and improving solutions, methodologies, and tools for world-class operating excellence.
  • Contributing to proposition development and proposals/bids.

What will you need to do it?

  • Knowledge of Insurance, Wealth, Pensions & Retail Investment markets in the UK and EU.
  • Experience managing work streams or projects through all stages from initiation to implementation.
  • Project Management skills, including governance, reporting, RAID, and client request monitoring.
  • Strong Business Analyst skills, including documentation, process mapping, and conducting interviews/workshops.
  • Expertise in core consulting methodologies: process mapping, business case development, strategy, and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to use methodologies and tools to deliver operating excellence.
  • Experience in problem-solving and designing solutions for user and business needs.
  • Excellent presentation skills with an inspirational and collaborative style.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
