We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to support accurate financial reporting and help drive business decision-making through insightful analysis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about turning data into actionable insight, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and post period-end journal entries across multiple entities and departments.

• Analyse financial data and provide clear, insightful commentary on variances.

• Support operational teams by making financial data understandable and useful.

• Maintain and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedules with clear explanations.

• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and audit documentation.

• Collaborate with teams across the business and external auditors.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping principles.

• Solid Excel and IT skills with a data-driven mindset.

• High attention to detail and a structured, organised approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• GCSEs, A-Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience).

• Either working towards or interested in pursuing an accounting qualification.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Unit4 Business World (not essential).
