Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of a busy leisure centre, driving customer experience and team performance. You will coach staff on shift and ensure the centre delivers top standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the General Manager with back-of-house duties while leading front-of-house operations, aiming to hit financial targets and service excellence. A strong customer focus and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Ambition for success and career progression.

Responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring the team on shift to maintain high standards.
Ensure the centre runs safely and remains a fun environment for customers.
Hands-on involvement across all areas of the busy centre.
Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
Help deliver financial targets and service standards.
