You will coach and develop a high-performing team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage beverages preparation, store standards, and safety compliance, and drive commercial results through inventory and staffing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team, acting as second-in-command and creating a positive working environment.
• Coach, develop and inspire team members through guidance and mentoring.
• Drive operational success by supporting rota planning within budgets and labor targets.

• Take ownership of store operations in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.
