The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join London boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional with a love for fashion and customer care to support store operations, lead a team, and contribute to delivering an exceptional brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
Provide outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects the brand standard
Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the logistics team
Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Participate in store events, client outreach, and brand-building initiatives
Stay informed on children's fashion trends and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within luxury
Proven ability to support sales performance and drive customer loyalty
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
A genuine passion for fashion
