Base pay range

The Tickled Trout, located in West Farleigh, is a smart modern pub with six boutique rooms and a favourite with the locals. We offer a sun-filled garden with a terrace for al fresco dining and a covered marquee for events. Renowned for good food and hospitality, if you're enthusiastic about hospitality and creating unforgettable moments, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for our assistant managers to:

• Have some previous experience in supervising teams
• Lead by example
• Be passionate about food & drink
• Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
• Create sales opportunities whenever they can
• Determined, dedicated and the "whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done.
  
  

In this role we need someone with:

• Previous experience at supervisory level in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
• Competence and organisation in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookingS
• Own transport to get to and from work
