From floral crowns to graffiti artists, chocolate tasting, and cocktail master classes, our services and events are the talk of the town. As Assistant Boutique Manager, your role will also be to elevate these in-store events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

You will have:

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
• A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
