Job summary

Greene King is recruiting an Assistant Manager for The Heathy Farm in Crawley. You will work closely with the General Manager to run the pub, lead shifts, and ensure superb customer experiences while driving team performance and overall business success.

You’ll develop and coach your team, seek opportunities to grow sales, and uphold high standards of service, food, drink and safety in a busy hospitality environment.
