Job summary

Greene King is recruiting for an Assistant Manager at Farmhouse Inns in Crewe. You’ll lead the management team and help ensure smooth running of a busy pub, while delivering great experiences for customers.

You’ll support the General Manager, coach the team, uphold brand standards, and manage safety and allergen controls. English communication and leadership are essential; Personal Licence eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong people leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Uphold brand standards and safety/allergen controls.
• Coach and develop staff, manage shift patterns and training.
• Represent the business when the General Manager is absent.
