Job summary

The Robin Hood in Sheffield, part of Ember Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a hospitality team and ensure excellent guest experiences in a busy pub setting.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, drive training and development, and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. A friendly, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in hospitality.
• Passion for guest service and delivering great experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion brand standards and ensure guest and team safety at all times.
• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Role model and guide training and development within the team.
