Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs in the UK. You’ll lead by example, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction and safe operations, while supporting the General Manager in daily tasks.

The role requires proven team management, strong communication and a passion for hospitality. You’ll help deliver memorable guest moments and develop the team in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience and confidence in managing a team.
• Be a good communicator.
• Be ready for anything the day throws at you.
• Be passionate about hospitality and great service.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards and ensure guest and team safety.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business.
