Castle, part of Mitchells & Butler's Vintage Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a rural pub setting.

You’ll drive brand standards, motivate staff, and balance service quality with daily operations, delivering moments that leave guests impressed and eager to return.

• Have previous experience and confidence in managing a team.
• Have a passion for hospitality.
