Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates Vintage Inns and a range of pubs, and is seeking an Assistant Manager for Red Lion. You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team to deliver an excellent guest experience, and mentor each member to reach their best potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality service.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
