Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Beekeepers to support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver an excellent guest experience. The role is hands-on in a busy pub environment, with opportunities for progression and development as we grow our own talent.

The position offers a chance to manage operations, mentor staff, and drive service standards within a supportive, community-focused team.

Competenze

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Experience acting as Duty Manager or leading in manager's absence.
• Strong guest-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
