Job summary

Beekeepers, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and inspire your staff, lead by example, and help create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. We offer progression, staff discounts, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver guest experiences.

As Assistant Manager at the Beekeepers, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
