Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers operates Nicholson's pubs. As Assistant Manager at Cambridge, you'll support the General Manager in leading your team to success and mentor individuals to be the best they can be. Through your passion you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and cover as Duty Manager.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Model behaviours and develop team members for career progression.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest moments and repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU'LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
