Badger, part of Mitchells & Butlers Vintage Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor the team, and deliver great guest experiences.

You will train and inspire staff, act as Duty Manager when needed, and help lead moments that WOW guests while maintaining high standards of service. This role offers progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Management experience required to support the General Manager.
• Experience training and inspiring a team.
• Ability to act as Duty Manager when the GM is away.
• Focus on delivering high guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
