Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Hop Pole Hotel in Willerby is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the business day-to-day and lead the team toward outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor colleagues and drive service excellence across food and beverage.

You will role model development, inspire the team, and ensure guests leave impressed and eager to return, contributing to the brand’s friendly, community-focused atmosphere.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
