Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Coopers to help the General Manager run the business, motivate the team, and mentor individuals to achieve their best performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and encourage repeat visits.
