Job summary

Coopers in Stevenage is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a team in delivering excellent service and warm hospitality.

From mentoring staff to ensuring smooth service during busy periods, you will be the role model and guide development within your team, creating WOW moments that keep guests returning. Competitive salary and staff perks on offer.

• Experience in hospitality management or similar fast-paced service environments.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities to inspire a team.
