Job summary

Hop Pole Hotel is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations and lead a capable team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll train, mentor and motivate staff, acting as Duty Manager when needed, and help drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards across the pub. A supportive employer with strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum previous management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is not available.
• Drive guest satisfaction and WOW moments.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
