Job summary

Crown is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences at a top UK pub. You will coach and mentor your team, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards across service, food and drink.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or pub management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Mentor staff and drive high standards in service, food and drink.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is not present.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
