Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager for a premium cycling retailer in Cheshire. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering top customer service, and leading a high-performing team within a premium retail environment.

The successful candidate will support store performance, coach staff, develop product knowledge and ensure excellent merchandising and operations standards. A hands-on retail leader with commercial flair is ideal.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for premium sports, lifestyle or performance products?

We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Cheshire to support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales, customer service, team performance and operational standards within a premium retail environment.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys being close to the customer, developing people and playing an important role in the performance and continued development of a successful store.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive the commercial and operational performance of the store.

You'll be responsible for:
