MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Longbridge Mill within the Vintage Inns collection. You will support the General Manager, motivate and mentor your team, and strive to deliver an excellent guest experience with a welcoming, cosy pub atmosphere.

You will lead by example, train your staff in food, drink and service, and step in as Duty Manager when the GM is away. Join us to help grow talent and deliver memorable moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Take on the Duty Manager role when the General Manager is not on site.

Job description

As Assistant Manager at the Longbridge Mill, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
