Welcome Break, part of the Applegreen Group, operates five sites across Northern Ireland. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in various outlets including Forecourt, Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, Costa, Chopstix, Lavazza, or Greggs.

Your role will involve supporting the Unit Manager in managing daily operations, from people management to driving sales and profitability. This is a fast-paced role that offers comprehensive support and tailored training to help you develop your career and advance into senior leadership positions.

Ideal candidates for the Assistant Manager role should:

  • Have experience in a supervisory or management role in customer service
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a motivating people manager and a leader by example
  • Be capable of multitasking effectively
  • Be business-minded, focused on profitable sales growth
