Job summary

Mitchells & It is asking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager at the Dun Cow, part of Vintage Inns. You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, mentor individuals to reach their potential and create a welcoming pub environment with a cosy, traditional atmosphere.

• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
