Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll support the General Manager, drive KPIs, and motivate staff across shifts while upholding Marston’s values.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
