Marston’s PLC in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, deputise for the GM and deliver memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

You’ll drive front‑of‑house and financial KPIs, inspire staff on every shift, and access the Aspire career development programme with flexible hours and benefits designed to support work‑life balance. Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team and guest experiences.
• Comfort deputising for the General Manager and driving core operations.
