Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a pub team, stepping up when the General Manager is away. You will drive guest experiences and uphold standards while supporting financial KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like‑for‑like branded pub.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
