Role Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations. We seek individuals eager to progress, with potential to become Store Managers within 3-6 months through enhanced training. The role involves:

• Leading and developing a team to ensure excellent customer service
• Creating a positive working environment
• Building local community links and hosting events
• Managing daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Recruiting, mentoring, training staff, and shift planning
• Driving store and business growth, meeting KPIs and planning for the future
• Maintaining health & safety and operational compliance

Managers work a minimum of 40 hours across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling options.
