Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Balloch is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, drive guest experiences and step up when the General Manager isn’t around.

You’ll motivate staff, support the GM in achieving financial KPIs, and bring previous branded pub management experience to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
