Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in our Rotherham pub to lead and inspire the team on shift, helping drive guest satisfaction and commercial results.

You will support the General Manager, manage daily operations, and ensure a warm, high-standard guest experience. This role offers development via our Aspire/Management pathways and a lively, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Comfortable working in a hospitality/pub setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the operation when deputising for the GM.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
