Miller & Carter - Chertsey is recruiting for an Assistant Manager. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, motivate and develop the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and role-model exceptional service.

You will be part of a brand known for its steak offerings, with a focus on training through our Steak School and ensuring every guest feels welcome. Join us and grow with a leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager in a hospitality/food service environment.
• Proven ability to train and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when needed.

• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
