Miller & Carter - York Lendal is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, lead the team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will motivate and mentor staff to maintain high standards and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
