Miller & Carter Mailbox is seeking an Assistant Manager. The role supports the General Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent guest experiences, mentoring staff to be their best. The company offers a fast, mobile-friendly application that takes about 2 minutes and requires no CV.

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…

• Useyour management experience to support the General Manager in the day to dayrunning of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Useyour communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to beproud of.
• Be the role model and guide development withinyour team.
