Job summary

The Hesketh Arms in Rufford is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our friendly team. You will help lead daily front‑of‑house operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the General Manager with developing the team.

We offer up to £15.00 per hour including service charge, plus a share of tips, access to a profit share scheme, flexible shifts, enhanced holiday and staff dining and accommodation perks.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about great food and drink and supplying fantastic customer service.
• You have strong management and leadership skills.
• You have management experience within a service-based environment.
• You are organised and able to multitask.
