The Hesketh Arms is an authentic public house in Rufford, England, seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead front‑of‑house operations while supporting the General Manager to develop the team and deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will be responsible for managing service excellence, overseeing shifts, and helping drive guest satisfaction at our award-winning pub. We offer flexible shifts, bespoke training, staff discounts, and opportunities within our six‑pub group.

Formación

• Passionate about great food and drink and delivering fantastic customer service.
• Able to support the General Manager with team leadership and development.
• Strong management and leadership skills; experience in a service-based environment.
