Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while achieving store KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The perfect candidate will have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire a team. Weekend and holiday shifts are included, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
