Lane7 St James Newcastle is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the venue, drive performance and deliver a standout guest experience across multiple revenue streams.

You will set standards, build a strong leadership team and ensure operations run smoothly across gaming, food, beverage and events with a focus on guest satisfaction and teams’ motivation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in leisure, hospitality or F&B.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise daily activities.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Ensure positive guest service and handle complaints. Escalate when needed to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage shifts across the venue to cover all areas.
• Adhere to brand standards to increase sales and control costs (beverage, supply and labour).
• Oversee daily operations across gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour.
• Create a team-focused environment and motivate staff to perform.

As our business continues to expand and bring the full throttle best night out in one place experience. We’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to help set the pace, lead from the front and drive this huge venue to its full potential.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll have to support with the responsibility for the performance, culture, and success of the site. You’ll lead from the front, setting standards, building a strong leadership team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints within the given parameters or **escalate** to the Deputy / General Manager, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests
• Managing shifts covering the entire venue
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimise costs, beverage, supply and labour costs
• Actively participate in all areas of the operation from gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities
• Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members

To be a success with Lane7, you’ll:

• Have got management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector?
• Be an Assistant Manager able to lead by example and supervise a team throughout every daily activity.
• Be an Assistant Manager who can Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guests experiences from the moment they step through the door
• Be a great communicator
• Have a positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude no matter the task that faces you.
• Have the ability to create a sense of fun, For you the guests and the team

What We’ll Offer

• Salary - £31,000 Per Annum
