Job summary

Harris + Hoole is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the shop and lead a welcoming, customer-focused team. You will ensure excellent service, maintain top quality coffee and food, and contribute to a positive, high-energy store culture.

Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager is ideal, with a passion for the Harris + Hoole brand and a drive to meet business targets. Training begins immediately with opportunities for career growth and staff discounts.

The starter rate for Assistant Managers in this location is £12.91 per hour, increasing to £13.06 with service.
