Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Hungry Horse pub in the UK. You will lead the team, model great service, and help the venue run smoothly from the moment doors open.

In this role you’ll support the General Manager, develop and coach staff, and ensure brand standards and guest safety at all times. A strong focus on customer experience will be essential, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and customer-service focus.
• Ability to manage in fast-paced pub environment.
• Excellent communication and training/mentoring skills.
• English proficiency for safety and allergen controls.
